Winemaker Notes
Inky, angular, bramble
Shaped by Biodiversity.
Grown on Luisa Ponzi's home farm — where sheep, bees, and biodiversity shape the land alongside the vines — Paloma is a Pinot Noir that reflects a living ecosystem. Though a younger vineyard, its elevation means less loess cover, putting the vines directly into the basalt — producing a wine of uncommon depth and intensity for its age. Inky, angular, full of bramble, it tastes like the land it comes from.
