Customization is available for Basalt, Loess and the Curation Subscription clubs. Basalt tier members have access to exclusive wines and broader customization opportunities. Navigate to your member portal for customization options for upcoming shipments.
The Loess tier has 6 bottles per shipment and the Basalt tier has 12 bottles per shipment.
Someone 21 years or older must sign for any package containing alcohol. The shipping carrier will make three delivery attempts before returning your package to us. If a shipment is returned, we will contact you to schedule a new delivery date. New shipping charges will be applied to re-ship your wines.

Loess shipments average between $450-$600. Basalt shipments average between $850-$1000.
Customers may choose their preference between FedEx and UPS carriers. During the summer months we use temperature controlled shipping to ensure safe delivery of your wines.
Your member benefits begin at sign up. Because of this, we ask for a two allocation minimum commitment before cancellation.
You can log into your account using the email that is assigned to your membership. In your membership portal you can update addresses, shipping preferences, payment and contact information.
All of our club communications happen via email. To ensure you receive your notifications, it is important to remain subscribed to emails and adjust your spam filter to accept emails from Ponzi Vineyards.
