Do I need a reservation for tastings or lunch?
Reservations are preferred but not mandated. We are quite busy on weekends and during the summer season, so to ensure we have space to seat your party, we encourage all guests to pre-book. We can be reached via text or call for any last minute decisions to visit!
Are dogs allowed at the vineyard?
Yes, we allow well-behaved dogs on our patios. Dogs must remain on leash and under physical control at all times, owners must clean up after any messes, and dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations per local laws.
What are your seasonal hours?
We are open Monday-Thursday 12pm-4pm and Friday-Sunday 10am-5pm, with the last seating beginning at 3:30pm. We are closed for major holidays: Christmas, New Year’s Day. Hours may extend for events.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free menu items?
Many of our menu items can be ordered vegan or gluten-free. We are always happy to accommodate allergies and preferences.
Can I buy a gift card online or in person?
Yes! We have Ponzi Vineyards gift cards available on the merchandise page.
Is the vineyard kid-friendly?
Yes, we welcome children as long as they are seated with their parents and under supervision.
Where should I park?
We have a complimentary main dedicated parking lot and several overflow areas.
Do you have free electric vehicle parking?
Yes, we offer complimentary EV plugs in our main parking lot and overflow lots.
Do you have dedicated accessible parking?
Yes, we have accessibility parking in back of the winery. Simply follow the signs to the parking spots upon driving in, and join us through our side entrance.
How do I join the wine club?
You can join the wine club in many ways: online, in person, or by calling or texting one of our associates anytime between the hours of 9am and 5pm EST.
Do you offer non-alcoholic beverages?
Yes, we have sparkling and still water available, along with a rotating assortment of other beverages.
Do you ship large orders for company or personal gifting?
Yes, the Ponzi Vineyards team are happy to make your gift-giving easy, with a myriad of options to fit any budget.
How many guests are we able to bring as club members?
Loess members enjoy one VIP tour and tasting for 4 guests per year, with complimentary tastings for 2 guests each visit. Basalt members enjoy 4 complimentary tastings per visit and one complimentary VIP tour and tasting for 6 per year.
Do you recycle corks? If so, how can I drop them off for recycling?
Yes, as part of our broad sustainability initiatives, we participate in a cork recycling program. We encourage our customers to drop off their used corks anytime during our open hours.
